01Are the kittens vaccinated?
Yes. Every kitten has its first vaccines and deworming before it goes home, with a signed health record.
02How old are the kittens when they leave?
At least 12 weeks old, so they are weaned, social and ready for a new home.
03How does the deposit work?
Reserve a kitten with a deposit online; the rest is paid when you meet the kitten or on delivery.
04Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes — safe, air-conditioned delivery to every district, or meet the breeder in person.
05What if my kitten gets sick?
Our health guarantee covers genetic conditions for 12 months. Call us and we will help right away.

01Are the kittens vaccinated?
Yes. Every kitten has its first two vaccines (FVRCP), deworming and a vet check before it goes home, with a signed health record.
02How old are the kittens when they leave?
At least 12 weeks old — weaned, litter trained and used to people.
03How does reserving work?
Reserve a kitten online and it is held only for you. The breeder confirms within a day and you plan a visit or a delivery date together.
04Can I meet the kitten first?
Yes. Visit the breeder by appointment, or ask for a live video call before you decide.
05Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes — safe, air-conditioned delivery to every district, with a team member who stays with the kitten the whole way.
06What does the health guarantee cover?
Genetic and congenital conditions for 12 months. If something is found, we cover the vet bill or offer another kitten.
07Which papers do I get?
The vaccine card, the vet certificate, the pedigree certificate where available and a care guide for the first weeks.
08What should I buy before the kitten arrives?
A litter box, the same food the kitten eats now, a carrier, a scratching post and a few toys. Our starter kit has all of it.
09Can I return a kitten?
If a vet finds a health problem in the first 7 days, we take the kitten back and refund you. See the Adoption Policy.
10Do you help after adoption?
Always. Ask us about feeding, grooming or behaviour any time — our team answers within the day.
