Delivery & Health Guarantee

• Inside Dhaka: delivered by car the same day or the next day.
• Other districts: an air-conditioned car with a team member, never by courier.
• Or meet the breeder and take your kitten home yourself.

• We call you an hour before we arrive.
• Your kitten travels in a soft carrier with its blanket.
• You receive the vaccine card, the vet certificate and a care guide.

Every kitten has a 12-month guarantee against genetic and congenital conditions. If your vet finds a problem, we cover the bill or offer another kitten.

Keep your kitten in one quiet room for a few days, feed the same food and book a vet check within seven days. Call us any time with a question.
