Deposits, refunds and what happens if plans change.

We want every adoption to be happy and fair for you, the breeder and the kitten.
01Reserving a kitten
Reserving holds the kitten for you while you plan a visit or delivery. The breeder confirms within a day.
02If your plans change
- Cancel within 48 hours: full refund.
- After 48 hours: the reservation can move to another kitten.
- If the breeder cancels: always a full refund.
03Health returns
If your vet finds a health problem in the first 7 days, we take the kitten back and refund you in full.
04Rehoming
If you can no longer keep your cat, please call us first. We help you find a new home — never leave a cat outside.
